At Neriona, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
Unused, unworn, and unwashed
In its original packaging with all tags still attached
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
1. Email us at support@neriona.com with the subject line: "Return Request – (Your Order Number)“
2. Include your full name, order number, and reason for the return.
3. Please attach clear photographs of the item, packaging, and the issue reported for all return requests.
4. We will respond within 24 hours with further instructions.
5. Pack your item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.
6. Ship your return using a trackable shipping method. Once sent, please email us your tracking number at support@neriona.com so we can monitor the shipment.
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 1–2 business days. You will be notified by email once your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Change of Mind Returns
If you simply changed your mind, you may still return the item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in this case.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will require photographic evidence of the damage. Once confirmed, we will offer either a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. We will cover all return shipping costs in this case.
Incorrect Item Received
If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a free return and ship the correct product to you at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
For defective or incorrect items: replacements are sent at no additional cost.
For change of mind exchanges (size, color, etc.): the item must be unused and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and the standard return process applies.
Return Shipping Costs
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: we cover all return shipping costs.
All other returns (change of mind, exchanges): return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
No restocking fees are charged under any circumstances.
For customers returning via standard carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), return shipping typically costs between $5–$25 depending on package size and weight.
